	HOUSE RULES
	We are a private home in Spring Hill, Florida and feel we have a lot to offer. Our club has been in existance since New Year's Eve 2001. We are a couple's club and do allow single females. NO SINGLE MALES ALLOWED. We are BBW friendly. We have 3 bedrooms that are divided into 7 party areas. We also have 3 full bathroom's and one shower area that people refer to as the car wash. The donation is $35.00 per couple and single females are free. We also allow people to stay overnight for an additional $5.00 donation. They are given clean linens and make there own beds and are asked to strip them in the morning. We offer coffee, juice and muffins. We open the doors at 7:00 PM and ask that new people get here as close
to 7 as possible so that they have time to fill out the disclaimer form and read the rules. We also give them a tour of the house and introduce them to as many people as possible. We try to make people feel comfortable. We put out a buffet at 8:00 with a good variety and provide coffee and soda. It is a BYOB. We also have a mandatory dress down by 8:15, that means no street cloths. Lingerie, towels, robes, boxers or wraps are acceptable. We provide numbered bins for your personal belongings. We also lock the door at 8:15 for privacy and safety. We have a few general announcements at 8:30 and then the fun begins. There is no ending time. We don't allow smoking in the house, but do have a smoking area in the garage that is heated or air conditioned depending on the weather. Smoking is also allowed outside around the pool and hot tub area. There is no food or drinks allowed in the bedrooms. Hot Tub & Pool - We ask that people bring there own towels and we provide towels for showers and playing. We ask that people only spend 20 minuets in the hot tub for health reasons and it also allows time for everyone to enjoy it. Name Tags - We have people wear name tags around there necks on lanyards so people can get to know everyone. All that is on them is your first names and where you are from. We also have hooks on the bedroom doors to put them. That way you can find your partner if needed and it also lets you know if there is space available to play. Douches & Condoms - Douches are provided for the ladies. Condoms are NOT And we ask you to bring your own. There are to many different ones to satisfy everyone. Directions - Are given out on the phone when your reservations are made. We don't put them on the net. We reserve the right to ask for photo Id's. In the event they change we will inform the GATHERING PLACE-SH and it's owners collectively called GP-SH hereafter, property, by the RESERVATIONS TO ATTEND BY THE THURSDAY BEFORE, to attend any club functions or conversation with either it's owners or members. Ø We are not members of informants or working for any law or government investigative or enforcement agency of any kind. If we are here for the purpose of gathering evidence and fail to disclose and fail to disclose our purpose we are trespassing on private property, in violation of the 4th amendment of the United States Constitution Ø We are not here to, nor will we obtain any information or pictures or videos or recording of any kind for personal use or any law or government agency or for any news media including but limited to television, radio, newspaper, magazine, flyer or articles past, future or, contemplated. Ø We agree to abide by all rules and regulations of GP-SH, and will not commit or attempt to commit any illegal acts. Ø We are both over the age of 21 years and do not find nudity or sexual acts of any kind between adults to be lewd and lascivious. And such actions against GP-SH or any members or visitors or guests. Ø We will not reveal, confirm, and supply, any information on any member or GP-SH to anyone including law enforcement, news media or any others. We understand that we will be held solely liable for any and all damages caused including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees, loss of wages, fines, benefits, jobs as well as any monitory amount they get awarded. We agree to notify GP-SH immediately upon receiving information that either of us we be required to give evidence to any public official or court in any matter relating to GP-SH or it's members. We agree to assert all available privileges, including this agreement, and not give such evidence unless compelled by a court. It is understood we can say NO to a police officer requesting a statement. Ø In the event we are a law enforcement officer, or a news reporter we hereby confirm that we are here only in our private and personal capacity. Ø We agree that we will not hold GP-SH liable for any damages, accidents, losses of any kind, either to vehicles, or us resulting from actions of others or accidents incurred while on the premise of GP-SH. Ø We understand that these parties are held free of charge and any money given is a donation. Ø We understand that there is no charge or donation for this membership and GP-SH may revoke or cancel it at any time with or without cause at there discretion. Ø We supply the following confidential information to GH-SH for it's sole use in providing safety, and necessary identification of its members. It will not be given to others without our permission. Rules You will be required to fill out the following information and sign in person upon arrival. By signing this, it will assure us that you agree to the disclaimer and understand the rules. 1. No means No. 2. No drinking or food in the BEDROOMS. 3. Smoking is allowed in the pool area and in the garage. 4. There is to be no smoking in HOT TUB or HOUSE 5. NO EXCESSIVE drinking. NO DRUGS 6. Master bedroom door to be left open at all times for access to the bathrooms. (Not to be used as a group room other bedroom provided as group room) 7. Door will be open at 7:00 pm and locked at 8:30 pm. (The only exceptions will be if notified before party night.) 8. Please use the marked bins in bathrooms for used towels and washcloths. 9. If you are nude, or wearing minimal clothing. It is required to sit on a towel. 10. Dress down is required by 8:30 Suggestions are always welcome to help make things better for all of us.
